1. Warranty Coverage

New Golf Carts

All new golf carts purchased from us include a 12-month limited warranty covering:

  • Mechanical defects

  • Electrical system issues

  • Manufacturer faults

  • Battery defects (as per manufacturer’s terms)

Used / Pre-Owned Golf Carts

All used golf carts include a 3-month limited warranty, covering:

  • Mechanical breakdown not caused by user damage

  • Electrical faults

  • Controller or charger issues

Note: Batteries on used carts may carry a separate warranty depending on condition and manufacturer.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence

  • Water damage

  • Overloading or towing beyond recommended limits

  • Modifications not done by our technicians

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tyres, bulbs, brake pads, seat fabric)

  • Damage caused by incorrect charging or using non-approved chargers

3. Battery Warranty Terms

Battery warranties depend on the type of battery:

  • Lead-acid batteries: 6–12 months (depending on brand)

  • Lithium batteries: 24–48 months (manufacturer dependent)

Warranty is void if:

  • Batteries are not charged correctly

  • Water levels are not maintained (lead-acid batteries)

  • Non-approved chargers are used

4. Warranty Service Process

If you experience a problem within the warranty period:

  2. Provide the cart serial number, purchase date, and details of the issue.

  3. Our technician will assist with troubleshooting or arrange inspection.

  4. If a repair or replacement is required, we will handle it according to your warranty terms.

5. Repairs Under Warranty

Depending on your location:

  • We may send a technician to your site, or

  • You may be asked to bring the cart to our nearest service centre or storage facility.

Repairs performed under warranty are free of charge unless:

  • The issue is caused by user damage

  • Non-approved parts were installed

  • Warranty has expired

6. Warranty Transfer

If you sell your golf cart, the remaining warranty can be transferred to the new owner, provided:

  • You notify us within 7 days of transfer

  • The cart has not been modified
