1. Head Office & Dispatch Location

All orders are processed and dispatched from our main head office to our storage rooms:

10 Edison Way, Century City, Cape Town, 7441
(Primary warehouse and distribution centre)

Additional storage sites in other provinces are used strictly for logistical purposes.
Collection or delivery details for these storage facilities are provided only upon request.

2. Delivery Coverage

We provide nationwide delivery to all provinces, including:

  • Western Cape

  • Gauteng

  • KwaZulu-Natal

  • Eastern Cape

  • Free State

  • North West

  • Northern Cape

  • Limpopo

  • Mpumalanga

Whether you’re buying a golf cart or renting one, we deliver directly to your physical address.

3. Delivery Time frames

Delivery times depend on your location and whether the cart is coming directly from our Cape Town head office or storage.

Estimated Lead Times:

  • Cape Town & Surrounds: 1–2 working days

  • Western Cape (outer areas): 2–3 working days

  • Gauteng: 3–5 working days

  • KwaZulu-Natal: 4–6 working days

  • Eastern Cape: 3–6 working days

  • Other provinces: 4–7 working days

Custom builds, refurbished units, or high-demand stock may require additional processing time.

4. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed:

  1. You receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

  2. Our logistics team schedules the collection and dispatch.

  3. A driver or transport partner will contact you before delivery.

  4. Your golf cart will be delivered securely on a trailer or truck.

  5. You will inspect the cart and sign proof of delivery upon arrival.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Cart size and weight

  • Single vs. multiple units

  • Rental vs. sale

All delivery fees will be clearly communicated before payment.
There are no hidden charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Before delivery, please ensure:

  • The delivery address is accessible to a trailer or transport vehicle.

  • Someone is available to receive and sign for the cart.

  • Your contact number is active and reachable.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to inaccessibility or unavailability, rescheduling fees may apply.

7. Tracking & Communication

We do not use automated tracking numbers due to the size of the products.
However, we provide:

  • Driver contact details

  • Estimated arrival times

  • Live updates where possible

Our team remains in communication throughout the delivery process.

8. Damages During Transit

Every cart is inspected before dispatch.

If a cart arrives damaged:

  1. Report it immediately to the driver

  2. Take clear photos

  3. Contact us within 24 hours

We will assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement, or compensation depending on the case.

9. Collections (By Appointment Only)

Customers may collect orders from our Cape Town head office by appointment only.
Collection addresses for other provincial storage facilities are only shared after confirmation for security reasons.
