Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Best Golf Carts, we value our customers and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all rentals and purchases. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your order.
1. Deposits and Bookings
A 30% deposit is required to confirm all rentals or purchases.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the booking is canceled by Best Golf Carts due to unforeseen circumstances.
Bookings that are not confirmed with a deposit may be canceled automatically.
2. Rental Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your rental at least 48 hours before the start date, please notify us in writing or by phone.
In certain cases, a partial credit may be applied to future bookings (subject to management approval).
No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before the scheduled collection).
3. Product Purchases
All product sales are considered final, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds are only provided for items that are defective upon delivery or do not match the agreed specifications.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase, within 7 days of delivery for inspection.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Transaction or processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to collect or use the rented golf cart on the scheduled date without notice, the booking will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
