Best Golf Carts provides golf cart sales and rentals for personal and commercial use. All products are subject to availability, and prices may change without prior notice.

3. Reservations and Payments

• A 30% deposit is required to secure a rental or purchase order.

• The remaining 70% balance must be paid upon delivery or after cart usage, as stated in your invoice.

• Payment can be made via Cash, EFT, or Card.

• Failure to pay the required deposit may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4. Rental Terms

• All rented carts must be returned in the same condition as received.

• The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

• A valid ID and proof of address may be required for rentals.

5. Product Sales

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Warranty terms, if applicable, will be clearly outlined at the time of sale.

• Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and suitability before purchase.

6. Liability

Best Golf Carts will not be held responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of any rented or purchased golf cart. Customers operate carts at their own risk and must follow all safety and local regulations.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is canceled by Best Golf Carts.

• Refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion in special circumstances.

8. Privacy Policy

All customer information collected is used solely for booking, communication, and payment purposes. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with South African law.
